Due to the current telehealth cross state policies, we are not allowed to conduct therapy outside of New York and New Jersey.
In the beginning, you will be assessing whether the therapist is right for you. Compatibility is key to creating a comfortable and safe space for you to develop a therapeutic relationship with your therapist. In the later sessions, you may come across topics that are difficult to talk about or experience "intense" feelings; rest assured, we are here to help you process these feelings.
Out-of-network benefits are coverages offered by insurance companies that are not within our network. We recommend for you to contact your insurance company to inquire about your out-of-network benefits, if you have a deductible to meet, and the percentage that will be reimbursed to you. We will provide you with a superbill for your reimbursement submission to your insurance company.
Please contact our Client Relations Manager and provide your full name, date of birth, insurance carrier's name, and your insurance member ID. We will contact you once we confirm your health insurance benefits.
Each session is typically between 50 and 60 minutes. We recommend that you try weekly sessions at first. If you find the need to meet more than once per week, talk to your therapist.
